Faculty and Senior Staff 403(b) Retirement Plan
Eligibility All regular full-time and part-time faculty and staff members are eligible to participate in the Plan.
Faculty and senior staff whose employment is incidental to their educational programs at the University and faculty and senior staff who normally work fewer than 19 hours per weeks are not eligible.
Visiting faculty employed by the University can make participant contributions but are not eligible to receive University contributions.
