Privacy Practices
Health plans (including employer sponsored health insurance programs, employee assistance plans and medical flexible spending accounts) which are subject to HIPAA are required to provide a Notice of Privacy Practices (“NPP”) that describes how health information of plan participants will be used and disclosed by the plan.
