As an eligible employee working in the United States, you are covered by Workers' Compensation Insurance in accordance with applicable law for accidental injury and occupational disease arising out of and/or in the course of employment.
JHU pays the entire cost of this coverage if the injury is reported and appropriate forms filed.
Workers' Compensation benefits include the payment of related hospital and doctor bills, prescriptions for the related injury or disease, and payment of a portion of your wages while disabled.
