Make a difference in your financial health by:

• Understanding the full value of your JHU pay and benefits, and
• Developing a financial plan for your future.

Each spring, the university provides a Total Rewards statement (sample statement) for eligible faculty and staff. This personalized statement gives the total value of your pay and benefits in dollars and cents.

Your 403(b) retirement plan is a great way to save for your future with pre-tax dollars. Learn more about saving by taking a look at the education and learning sites of our 403(b) plan vendors:

American Century
Fidelity
TIAA-CREF
VALIC
Vanguard

On these vendor sites you’ll find out more about:

• Investing basics—understanding the difference between stocks, bonds and mutual funds
• Retirement planning—learning about asset allocation, Social Security and other retirement essentials

If you want a little one-on-one time to discuss your personal situation with a representative from any of the above companies, check the current schedule for details (Vendor Schedule). Or, contact the vendor directly to talk about your financial goals. Our financial vendors offer various programs around saving and investing that can help you reach your financial goals.
